In order to help the commissioners balance teams, coaches should fill out the player evaluation forms each season and turn them into their commissioners.  The commissioners will then compile them and send them to the VYS Administrator to enter into the data base.  The evaluations will serve at least two purposes:  they will help the commissioners in making the teams more balanced, and they can assist the travel teams in identifying potential talent.  If you have any questions about the player evaluation forms, please ask your division commissioner.
