Program: Fitness For The Game (House and Travel Players)
Fall 2012

About: Vienna Youth Soccer has partnered with Fit2Finish to provide core fitness programs as a
supplement to weekly practices that will help boost strength and agility while minimizing sports-related
injuries.

Program Description: Fit2Finish will run 6 fast-paced, full-fun sessions designed to get kids moving at full speed. Each week we’ll have warm up, field games and stretching all on a theme. (Themes for the Fall: forward, backward, sideways, diagonal, rotational, every way) Sound like fun? It’s fitness.

What to Bring: Wear a white shirt, cleats or running shoes, bring water and a ball with your name on it.

Available Sessions: This program is offered two days/week.  When registering, you will be asked to select one session.

Location: Caffi Field (Vienna Elementary School)
Dates: Sept. 19, 26; Oct. 3, 10, and 17, 24 (Makeup Date - TBD)
 
Day of the week: Thursdays
Location: Caffi Field (Vienna Elementary School)
Dates: Sept. 20, 27; Oct. 4, 11, 18, 25 (Makeup Date TBD)

Fee: $30 per player.

Dr. Wendy LeBolt founded Fit2Finish, LLC in 2005 to address the growing epidemic of knee injuries in young female athletes. Today, she provides custom fitness and training programs for every type of athlete to reduce injury and promote healthy play.
