Team History

Background

VYS Vipers was formed from a VYS All Star team coached by John Zolper and Ali Tabatabai in spring / summer 2003.  Training from Eddie Lima of Brazilian Touch (http://www.braziliantouch.us) has significantly helped the players develop and learn the game. After playing in ODSL for four seasons, the team is now in its fifth season in NCSL as a U17 team.  The team also plays in at least one tournament per season with recent appearances in pre-season tune ups at the local FPYC Labor Day and PWSI Icebreaker events.

 

In the last six seasons the team has progressed from ODSL Division 2 into NCSL and continues to develop and establish itself with training from Eddie Lima.
