Our Formula:

1. Successful Coaching

New coach: Bill Jeschke

-coached the Madison High School Boys JV soccer team (2007)

- coached a WAGS girls’ team from last division to first. Tied the regional champions and defeated the #2 girls’ team in the state of Maryland . He has also been privileged to train numerous NCAA Div. 1 girls’ soccer players, including his daughter who played for George Mason University and starred at Oxford University in .

-coached with Eduardo Lima two boys travel teams which, in one case, climbed from NCSL Div.4 to NCSL Div. 2. In fall 2006, they coached the Vienna Vipers U-19 boys’ team, which climbed from NCSL D-4 to NCSL D1. One player they coached (Coach Jeschke’s son Mark) now plays for 5 time National Champion Messiah College . Another of their Vienna boys was chosen Metro player of the year.

2. Great Character

-Our boys are hardworking student athletes. We don’t tolerate cursing, bad attitudes, or belligerent, out-of-control parents.

-Coach Jeschke was awarded the Fairfax County Champion of Character Award (2003) and his girls’ team won the WAGS sportsmanship award.

Spring 2008

The U14 Vienna Vipers have three to four openings on our team for field players born on August 1, 1993, or after.  If you want to work extremely hard and play soccer constantly throughout the year-- rain, cold, or shine-- we may be the team for you.

We will be holding tryouts for strong principled, highly skilled, and dedicated young soccer players on weekdays from 4:00-5:15pm at Nottoway Park in Vienna, VA. Call Coach Bill Jeschke (703-242-1619) to schedule a tryout.

We demand commitment and excellence. We promise to improve players!
