VYSA KidSafe/Risk Management On-Line Registration
Mandatory Registration For All Travel Team Officials
All team officials listed on your team roster must register with VYSA prior to the creation of your roster. The form can be found on the VYSA web site under Registration & Forms by selecting OnLine KidSafe Application.
REMINDER
Team roster applications must be approved by VYS VP of Travel Soccer.
