Team practices are currently held on Mondays and Wednesdays. Games are played on Sundays and occasionally on Saturdays. The team plays all of its games in the Washington Metro Area and usually plays in a pre-season tournament.

Beginning in the fall of 2009, the Pride will move to a Saturday practice and possibly a weeknight practice.

The Phoenix Pride is looking for skilled and committed athletic players who enjoy learning, playing hard, and developing friends.

Monday, 6/8/09 : 6:00 - 7:30 at Kilmer Middle School (large field)

Wednesday, 6/10/09 : 6:30 - 8:00 at Marshall High School (stadium field) (note time change)
