The Pride Academy consists of four (4) tiered teams with players placed according to their current level of skill and athleticism. There are 3 Pride teams in the WAGS league (Red, Black and White) and 1 team in the ODSL program (Silver).

Each team has a dedicated professional trainer assisted by at least one licensed / certified parent coach. Pride Red is trained and coached full time by Gerardo Ramirez who is also the Director of Training for the U11 Pride Academy as well as the U12 Freedom Academy and VYS Strikers Red U15 Girls.
