We are a rising U16 team playing in WAGS. In order to accommodate High School sports we practice Saturdays and have an optional weekday practice. We have played in tournaments in Virginia, Maryland, The Netherlands and Sweden.

Kristy was a three time NSCAA All-American selection at Ashland University (1998-2002) and played semi-professional soccer in the W-league for the Hampton Roads Piranhas 2003-2005. Her coaching experience includes being the Director of Foot Skills at the Mid-Ohio Soccer Club 1998-2002 and Head Coach of U-12 and U-15 girls teams with the Virginia Rush Soccer Club. Kristy has been Head Coach of the VYS Phoenix United since August 2009.
