Welcome to Vienna Premier Black! The Eclipse
Founded in 2006, Premier Black was promoted to Division 1 of the ODSL after an outstanding spring 2008 season. This year we are playing at Divison 2 as we are building a new team with many new players. We continue to show great improvement thanks to some off-season training, personnel changes, and the continued dedication of coaches Don Long and Rob Ritter. We emphasize these five goals every practice and throughout the season:
1) Fun: to have fun, and thereby encourage/inspire their love of soccer and sports
2) Sportsmanship: to do their best, and reinforce their individual values of good character, the desire to excel, and leadership
3) Teamwork: to strengthen their teamwork and friendships as members of a team--an incredible team
4) Learning and Teaching: to learn and to teach each other (and us) on and off the field
5) Stamina: to build conditioning, endurance, and perseverance
