About the Program
TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) athletes are up to age 18 with a disability including but not limited to: Intellectual Disabilities, A.D.D., Autism, Hearing Impaired, Sight Impaired, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Cystic Fibrosis, Down Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Seizure Disorder and Spinal Bifida. If you aren't sure if TOPSoccer is a good fit for your athlete, please contact us.
The TOPSoccer program is geared toward player development rather than competition. Each session is led by trained coaches and buddies who use individualize activities to engage all players based on their preferences and needs.

TOPSoccer Buddies Volunteers
A Great Way to Earn Community Service Hours and Help Others
Need to earn some community service hours for school? TOPSoccer is looking for soccer players 12 years and older to volunteer as Buddies. VYS, TOPSoccer has continued to serve as a strong and stable community program enabling all children with mental and/or physical disabilities to participate in a fun afternoon of soccer since Fall 2009.
What do buddies do?
Buddies are special volunteers who come out to the practices and work with the TOPSoccer players, cheering them on and helping them play.
Is training provided?
Yes, training is provided. No prior TOPSoccer experience is required and no registration is required.
When are the sessions?
Every Saturday from 3-4 pm during the fall and spring season at Freedom Hill Elementary School. You don't have to go to every practice but we think once you start going, that you're going to love it and want to come every weekend!
